The Egyptian Arabic/English and English/Egyptian Arabic Dictionary is comprehensive and up to date. Words are displayed in arabic, transliterated and phonetic writing, with recordings of all of the main word forms. For most verbs, a full translation of all cases and tenses is available.

The examples and translations are linked to the dictionary, so you can easily find examples of a word. You touch any word in an example or the translation to see its meaning, and also identify the corresponding word in the other language.

The vocabulary learning tool helps you to build, learn and revise your personal vocabulary list: it uses SRS (Spaced Repetition System) to provide fast and thorough learning.

The pronunciation tool is equally useful for people learning Egyptian Arabic and people learning English. You can select groups of words with similar letters or phonemes (sounds), hear somebody saying the word then record yourself and compare yourself to the correct pronunciation.
