Bloodworks Blood Center is an independent, community-based nonprofit organization with a tradition blending volunteerism, medical science and research to advance transfusion medicine and improve patient care. A recognized leader in transfusion medicine, Bloodworks serves patients in more than 83 hospitals and clinics across the Pacific Northwest. Patients with traumatic injuries, undergoing surgery or organ transplantation, receiving treatment for cancer or blood disorders all depend on Bloodworks services, laboratories, medical expertise and research.
