IMPORTANT! We change our system: As an existing customer, you use this ' Blau App ' - until you inform an SMS about the system change. After the changeover it continues with the 'My Blue' app.

Blau App : With this app you have direct access to your account area - at any time and from anywhere.

For customers with and without runtime

Prepaid customers:

• keep an eye on the credit consumption

• View and charge the credit status - both via a charging code and manually via your bank account.

• Book or unsubscribe tariff options flexibly

Contract customers:

• Keep an eye on invoice amounts

• Download monthly invoices

• Book flexibly EU foreign options

Special advantage: No data volume is used for the use of the app.
